What is GapLap?
GapLap is an RCS Business Messaging validation and cross-provider transformation/review workspace used before delivery. It helps teams inspect campaign structure, preview iOS and Android experiences, review known constraints and prepare the next technical step.
Does GapLap send RCS campaigns?
No. GapLap reviews and prepares campaign information before delivery; sending remains with the relevant provider or delivery platform.
Are the iOS and Android previews a delivery guarantee?
No. They are platform-specific review representations. Final behavior can depend on device, operating system, messaging client, provider implementation and updated specifications.
Does a campaign with no findings guarantee provider approval?
No. Findings support informed review and do not replace current provider documentation, testing or approval.
What does the Visual Guide show?
It offers composition guidance such as focal-area and potential-crop cues. It is preview guidance, not provider compliance.
What can GapLap validate?
GapLap can review supported campaign structure, text and character limits, rich cards and carousels, media references, suggestions/actions and known provider constraints available to the product. Coverage depends on the source structure and selected delivery path.
What happens when provider-native export is not available?
GapLap can preserve the verified source and prepare a developer handoff explaining relevant findings and next steps. A converted native envelope is not implied when one is unavailable.
Can I start with a sample campaign?
Yes. The demo uses a synthetic sample so the workspace and review sequence can be explored without uploading a real brand campaign.
Do automatic suggestions confirm compliance?
No. Suggestions can help with editing or resolution, but users must review the result and confirm final provider requirements.
