GapLap is a software-as-a-service platform provided by ZOREVIA LIMITED (“Zorevia”) for pre-delivery analysis, preview, validation and transformation of RCS Business Messaging campaign materials. It is intended primarily for businesses, agencies, technical intermediaries and other professional users.

GapLap does not send live RCS messages, operate a telecommunications network, provide message routing or act as a messaging gateway. Users are responsible for the final decision to deploy a campaign and for its actual distribution through their chosen provider.

Reports, readiness scores, validation results, previews, transformations, exported JSON and other outputs (“Outputs”) reflect the inputs and technical reference information available when processed. They may not reproduce every detail of an actual device, operating system, browser, carrier, RCS provider or network implementation.

RCS provider specifications, policies and rendering behaviour may change without notice. No Output is a guarantee that a provider will accept a campaign, that a message will be delivered, or that the final recipient will see precisely the same presentation. Before live use, the user must review the Output, check the current specifications of its provider and perform any appropriate independent tests.

References to Google RBM, Infobip, Sinch, Syniverse, Vonage, Link Mobility, Twilio, Bandwidth, Bird/MessageBird, Gupshup, CM.com and other technical providers identify compatibility targets or third-party technologies. They do not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification or approval by those providers, unless expressly and separately stated.

The names, logos and marks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Provider availability, acceptance, features and technical limitations are outside Zorevia’s exclusive control.

GapLap is a technical assurance tool; it does not provide legal, regulatory, tax or other professional advice. Use of the Service does not establish compliance with advertising rules, consumer-protection obligations, intellectual-property rights, data-protection law, electronic-communications requirements or the rules of any RCS provider.

The user is responsible for the lawfulness of campaign content, lawful processing of any personal data, permissions and consents, rights in media and marks, opt-in/opt-out obligations where applicable, and final approval of materials before transmission. GapLap does not guarantee campaign effectiveness, revenue, engagement or other commercial outcomes.

Optional artificial-intelligence features may provide suggestions for titles, descriptions or other limited content optimisation. Suggestions are automatically generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or insufficiently original. They are aids for user review, not approved copy or legal clearance.

Users must check suggestions and confirm their suitability before applying or distributing them. Users must not submit names, contact details, customer identifiers or other personal data to an AI feature unless an applicable agreement and the necessary safeguards expressly permit it, as further described in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Zorevia seeks to operate the Service with reasonable professional care and proportionate security measures, but no online service is guaranteed to be continuously available, error-free or free from every security risk. Features may require third-party infrastructure, authentication or payment services with their own service conditions.

Users should maintain secure devices and accounts and retain copies of original campaign materials and Outputs where needed for their business continuity. This Disclaimer does not replace any specific service-level agreement expressly entered into with Zorevia.

This page is an explanatory summary of technical limits and responsibilities. It does not replace or amend the lawyer-approved GapLap Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or applicable Data Processing Agreement. In particular, subscription renewals and cancellation notice periods are governed exclusively by Terms of Use Article 7 (including its thirty-calendar-day notice rule); Subscriber data deletion and retention are governed by Privacy Policy Articles 7 and 12. This Disclaimer creates no different time limit or cancellation right. In case of an inconsistency, the applicable binding texts and mandatory law prevail.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or restrict liability, remedies or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
